The Glide-Ramp’s simple yet innovative design enables it to be effortlessly deployed and stowed in seconds, providing a safe, strong platform for access into and out of the vehicle. When stowed, the ramp is firmly held by two supporting brackets, whilst two unique clasps help prevent any movement or rattling. Gas struts are located on both sides of the ramp to help the operator stow or deploy the ramp.

The floor sections are constructed from lightweight, super strong, honeycomb panels and the edges are made of extruded aluminium providing rigidity but not weight.
Safety
The Glide-Ramp is coated in a high quality, damage resistant surface to ensure full grip in all weather conditions. The edges are also finished in high-visibility yellow to prevent accidents. Glide-Ramp has been tested to M1 and Motability standards, successfully withstanding a 20g pull test equivalent to over 500kgs.
Versatile
When used in conjunction with Glide-Rite lowering air suspension, the gradient of the ramp can be further reduced which enables easier access for wheelchair passengers. This combination also provides the added comfort and stability benefits of Glide-Rite’s market leading 4-bag air suspension system.
