The manual operation of the hydraulic jacks is via a wander lead and levelling can be easily achieved by the use of a spirit level.
Glide-Rite hydraulic motorhome levelling
Vertical mounted and semi automatic operation, these hydraulic jacks from Glide-Rite are designed to give you self levelling for your motorhome at an affordable price. The vertical legs are capable of levelling your motorhome up to a gradient of 4 degree’s giving you the flexibility to park your motorhome on normally inaccessible sloping pitches.
The Hydraulic pump is mounted inside the vehicle either under the seating area or an external cupboard space. Hydraulic hoses are then connected between the vertical legs and the hydraulic pump.
Operation of the system is carried out on the main control box up/down toggle switches or an infa red handset for remote use. With full control over the hydraulic leg position you can now level the vehicle left to right or front to rear using the onboard spirit level to guide you.
Once levelling is carried out the system can be switched off and locked in the fully level position leaving you to relax and enjoy your holiday.
For winterisation the vehicle can be raised in the manual mode so the vehicle tyres can be removed.
